All Ocean Spa day packages at Bedruthan include an arrival tea, filter coffee or herbal tea and delicious homemade cake, two hours use of the pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room and gym, followed by your choice of treatments and a wellbeing lunch in Café Indigo.
All spa days begin at 10am and finish at your leisure after lunch and your treatments. We highly recommend using the spa facilities prior to lunch and your treatments to gain maximum enjoyment of this unique facility.
